These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Number Plates Service, operated by NAMA DIGITAL ENTERPRISES.

1. Nature of Service

Our platform provides paid guidance and assistance related to vehicle number plate and colour sticker application processes. We do not issue, manufacture, approve, or deliver number plates.

2. User Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• Users are responsible for verifying details before submission.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Service Fee

A service fee of ₹99 is charged for assistance services. Government fees, if applicable, must be paid separately on official government portals.

4. Payments

Payments are collected via UPI QR code. We do not store banking credentials, card numbers, CVV, or PIN information.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are advised to review that policy before making payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Government processing delays
• Changes in government rules or regulations
• Rejections due to incorrect user-provided information

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, design, and materials are the intellectual property of NAMA DIGITAL ENTERPRISES and may not be copied without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
