Refund & Cancellation Policy – Number Plates Service

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Number Plates Service, operated by NAMA DIGITAL ENTERPRISES.

            We are a private assistance platform and not a government authority. 
            Our service fee applies only to the guidance and support provided by our website.
        

1. Service Fee

A service fee of ₹99 is charged for assistance and support services. This fee is separate from any government charges, which must be paid directly on official government portals.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation before the assistance process has been initiated by contacting our support team.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if a duplicate payment is made.
Refunds may be considered if payment was made but no assistance was initiated.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Once the assistance process has been initiated or completed, the service fee may not be refundable.

4. Refund Process

Reason for Refund Request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Incorrect information provided by the user
Delays caused by government processes
Government fee payments made separately on official portals
